ASTM A513 1010 Precision Cold Rolled Welded Steel Tube
1010 has good plasticity and toughness, easy cold and hot machining, good cutting performance after normal or cold machining, excellent welding, no tempering brittleness.
Process:
The cold rolled welded tube is produced by rolling ERW (electric resistance welded tube).During this process the sizing (wall thickness, inside and outside diameter), as well as weld integrity and surface finish is closely controlled to produce tube of the required size and mechanical property characteristics.

Surface treatment: Oiled, black painted, hot dipped galvanized or phosphate coating as required.
Both ends of each crate will indicate the order no., heat no., dimensions, weight and bundles or as requested.
Delivery Conditions:
+C Hard. No final treatment after final cold drawing.
+LC Soft. Final heat treatment is followed by a suitable drawing pass (limited reduction of area).
+SR Stress Relieved. After final cold drawing, the tubes are stress relieved in a controlled atmosphere.
+A Annealed. After final cold drawing, the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere.
+N Normalized. After final cold drawing, the tubes are normalized in a controlled atmosphere.

Furniture, Decorative, Curtain, Telescopic tube used in plastic injection, Automotive and precision machinery.
